Cancellation Policy for Birthday Parties

We completely understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to reschedule or make any modifications to your party, please give us a heads-up at least 2 weeks before the scheduled date. Just a quick reminder, if you do have to cancel your event, we’ll be able to reimburse 50% of your deposit if it’s within that 2-week window. Unfortunately, if it’s less than 2 weeks before the big day, we won’t be able to refund the deposit.

Does the Party Package include extra preparation time?

We can’t guarantee extra setup time, as there may be other parties scheduled before or after yours. However, we encourage you to contact us one day before your event, and we’ll gladly check if extra time can be arranged based on availability.

Can I Bring My Own Food?

Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your own food and cake. The only small catch is that all beverages, whether alcoholic or non-alcoholic, need to be purchased at our venue in our lounge area.

Can I Check Out the Facility Before Booking?

Of course, you can! We’d be delighted to show you around. Our team is available 7 days a week from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 11:00 p.m., making it easy to schedule a visit at your convenience. Come and see our venue and courts for yourself.

Do the Packages Include a Sports Coordinator?

Our Birthday Party Packages don’t include a Sports Coordinator, but we do offer this as an optional extra for $45 CAD per hour. If you’d like some sports expertise at your party, just let us know!

Can I See the Courts from the Party Room?

Yes, indeed! Our courts are located on the first floor, and the party room is on the second floor, providing a fantastic view of the action on the courts. You can enjoy the party while keeping an eye on your kid’s game.

Is There Parking Available?

Absolutely, we’ve got you covered. We offer free parking at La Liga Toronto, so your guests can arrive hassle-free and park without any additional cost.

Do You Offer Decoration Services?

While we don’t include decoration services in our packages, we can certainly provide you with some great recommendations for decorators. If you’re interested, just let our team know, and we’ll happily share the contact details of companies that specialize in birthday party decorations. You’re also welcome to decorate yourself or bring your own decorator.

Can I Extend the Time on the Courts and in the Party Room?

Certainly! You can extend your party time on either the courts or in the party room for an additional cost. Just get in touch with our team, and we’ll give you all the details to make your party extra special.

If I extend court time by an hour, can I get an additional hour in the party room?

Absolutely! If you opt for extra time on the courts, the equivalent additional time is automatically allotted to the party room. This ensures you have a seamless experience and ample time to enjoy your visit to La Liga.

Is Soccer or Basketball the Only Option for Parties?

Nope! You have options. You can choose soccer, basketball, or even a mix of both. If you have another sport in mind, feel free to discuss it with our team. Also, if you decide to add a Sports Coordinator to your party, you can let us know your preferences in advance, and we’ll work with the coordinator to make your party exactly as you envision. Additionally, we offer the option of having a Foosball table at your party as an extra feature if you’d like.

Are the extra fees for kids applicable only to those playing on the courts?

The additional charges for extra kids apply regardless of whether they’ll be playing or simply using the facility. However, babies carried in arms are exempt from these extra fees.

Does my package include tableware?

Packages 2, 3, and 4 come with tableware such as plates for both pizza and cake, glasses, and napkins for the total number of kids attending the party.

Which party room will I be assigned to?

The room assignment depends on the package you choose. Packages 1 and 2 are allocated the smaller party room, accommodating around 30 people, while packages 3 and 4 have access to the larger party room, suitable for larger groups. If you’ve selected package 1 or 2 but wish to use the bigger party room, an additional fee of $100 + hst per hour allows access.

Eligibility

The Partnership Program is open to show managers, event organizers, and promoters who enter into a formal booking agreement with La Liga Lounge.

Commission Structure

Event Managers will receive 10% of the lounge rental fee as commission.

Commission applies only to the lounge rental and is not calculated on bar sales, additional service fees, or third-party vendor charges.

Event Earnings

Show/Event Managers retain 100% of event-related earnings (including ticket sales, sponsorships, and merchandise), except for bar sales, which remain the sole property of La Liga Lounge.

Bar Sales

All alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage sales are exclusively managed by La Liga Lounge.

Show/Event Managers are not entitled to bar revenue.

Payments

Lounge rental fees must be paid according to the terms stated in the rental agreement (including deposit requirements).

Commission will be issued only after full rental payment has been received by La Liga Lounge.

Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm any event booking.

Remaining balances must be settled prior to the event date.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Standard La Liga Lounge cancellation and rescheduling policies apply (see rental agreement).

If an event is cancelled by the Show/Event Manager, commission will not be paid.

Responsibilities of the Event Manager

The Event Manager is responsible for event promotion, ticketing, and entertainment.

All promotional materials must clearly state that La Liga Lounge is the venue, not the organizer.

The Event Manager must comply with all local laws, licensing requirements, and La Liga Lounge venue rules.

Liability

La Liga Lounge is not responsible for event-related losses, including ticket sales, sponsorship agreements, or third-party disputes.

The Event Manager assumes responsibility for guest behavior, damages, and compliance with venue policies.

Right to Refuse

La Liga Lounge reserves the right to decline or terminate participation in the Partnership Program if an event conflicts with venue standards, licensing regulations, or brand values.
